Transactions Policy

This document (hereafter, "this page") outlines how I handle monetary transactions.
All product-based transactions are made via PayHip; thus, I highly advise overviewing their legal documents to see how they handle transactions and manage your data.
If you purchased a downloadable product from my store, you will receive a download link via the same email used to make the purchase soon after the "Thank You" page pops up. If you haven't received said email, even after an hour from making the purchase, I advise checking your Spam and Trash folders within your email manager. Additionally, make sure my email address, as well as PayHip's, isn't on your block list. If all else fails, contact me.
When downloading the product, you are limited to three (3) downloads. This measure is in place to prevent abuse; to reset it, contact me.
* If you pre-ordered anything from my store, DO NOT download anything from the download link until the said product is fully released, for the currently uploaded files are just placeholder images!
And if your transaction is related to any of my Fiverr services, I will contact you personally with further details.
To request a refund, contact me with as much order-related information as possible to make verification of ownership easier. Before sending your request, make sure of the following:
- You submit the service-related request within 1 business day from making the purchase.
- You submit the general product purchase request within 5 business days from making the purchase.
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request:
- Example of a good reason: "The product I purchased is not as advertised!"
- Example of a bad reason: "The product I purchased is not what I wanted/expected!"
For any legal disputes, I will try to resolve them privately and amicably, but, if they escalate, they will be settled according to Croatia's judiciary laws and statutes, unless agreed upon otherwise by all relevant parties.
