This document (hereafter, "this page") outlines specific key terms and principles related to my projects, products, services, and general work (hereafter, "my content").

• By interacting with my content in any meaningful way, such as purchasing any of my products or services, you become bound by these terms. This does not apply for simply viewing said content.
• All of my content is provided to you 'as is' without guarantee of any kind.
• By purchasing any of my content, you purchase the right to use said content and not share, resell, or otherwise distribute it without my prior direct, clear, and specific consent. You still have the right to share footage of my content on social media platforms, though.
• Some of my content may be inappropriate for certain age groups. In such cases, a clear and direct minimum age recommendation will be visible on the content's dedicated section and/or page. Since I will never ask for you to verify your age or to share it with me, I trust you to only engage with content suitable for your actual age group, and my records will keep you at the minimum recommended age group or above. Thus, if you engage with content inappropriate for your actual age group, all responsibility regarding possible outcomes, be they positive, negative, or otherwise, befalls you.

• For any legal disputes, I will try to resolve them privately and amicably, but, if they escalate, they will be settled according to Croatia's judiciary laws and statutes, unless agreed upon otherwise by all relevant parties.
• If I am found liable in any way, shape, or form, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific content for which I am liable.
• I am entitled to remedies in the case where your inappropriate and/or improper use of my content results in me suffering damages, financial or otherwise.
• If any of these provisions are found to be invalid and/or unenforceable, others continue in full effect.
