This document (hereafter, "this page") outlines how I collect, use, manage, and share customer (hereafter, "you" and "your") data on my projects, products, services, and general work (hereafter, "my content").

Keep in mind that this policy applies exclusively to me and my content; 3rd parties, such as PayHip, Fiverr, YouTube, and similar ones featured in my content, are not subject to my policies; thus, I highly advise overviewing their own respective policies to learn how they collect, use, manage, and share your data.

First and foremost, my content will never automatically collect any user data through means such as cookies or other similar technologies; the only data I collect is the one provided to me directly and exclusively by you, meaning based exclusively on your consent. The collected data includes:

• Your email(s)
• Your alias(es)
• Your age (if applicable; will never ask for it directly)
• Your order details (if applicable)
• Any other information you voluntarily provide.

The purpose of collecting your data is for documentation, reference, and customer service purposes, meaning that said data will be utterly destroyed the moment it serves its final purpose. Upon you submitting your data deletion request, I will initiate wiping all data associated with you from my records, after which I will inform you one last time via email before finally removing your email as well.

Furthermore, all collected data is securely kept in physical form, and the only individuals who have access to said data are you and me. Additionally, you have full autonomous control over your data; to add, modify, or remove it, contact me. And even though my physical approach is safer and more reliable than any digital counterpart, I still cannot guarantee full security of your data.

I will never sell or share your data with any third parties unless I am legally required to do so by law. And in case a data breach happens that compromises your data, I will inform all relevant parties (you and law enforcement (if applicable)) as fast as possible after finding out about said breach, after which I will cooperate with all relevant parties to resolve the issue as quickly, safely, and amicably as possible.

For any legal disputes, I will try to resolve them privately and amicably, but, if they escalate, they will be settled according to Croatia's judiciary laws and statutes, unless agreed upon otherwise by all relevant parties.
