Privacy Policy

My websites, projects, and services (hereafter, "my work") do not directly collect any user data through means of cookies or other similar data collection or storage technologies. Some of my work (such as my A.P.M Web App) does use browser cache technology to store user information locally on the user's machine; as such, I do not have access to it.

Specific purposes, such as contact in the form of customer support and the keeping of purchase records at hand, may require me to occasionally access the following user information:

• E-Mail
• Name (whichever one the user gives me or is required)
• Purchase Data:
• Purchase ID
• Receipt (if applicable)
• Bank Statement Purchase Record (PDF format):
• Store Name
• Date Of Purchase
• Exact Amount Spent
• Last 4 Digits Of The Debit/Credit Card Used
• Any other information that is relevant to the Purchase.
• Any other information that the user provides me with.

None of this information is stored on my own servers, devices, or physical records; rather, said data is stored on the relevant platform, depending on purpose, making said platform the data controller of said user data. For all specific data-related concerns, inquiries, or requests, contact the relevant platform, as I have no administrative control over your user data.

To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter, "GDPR") or any other Data Protection Laws And Regulations (hereafter, "DPLR"), I do not share any user data with any 3rd parties, regardless of purpose or circumstance, unless directly required to do so by law. Furthermore, I only retain access to the user data for as long as said user data is required (such as until the support ticket is closed), after which point, I terminate my access to that user data. I will, however, retain indefinite access to purchase data, as that data is required for various reports, records, refund requests, and other purposes.

This Policy may not, however, apply to 3rd party websites, projects, and services that are linked to, embedded on, or hosted by my work, such as my social media links and/or embeds. Likewise, this also applies to websites, projects, and services that host my work as well. I highly advise overviewing their respective Policies to learn how they use and handle user data.

Refund Policy

A refund for a purchase is possible within 14 days from making the purchase. To complete the refund, the user must provide:

• Purchase ID
• Receipt (if applicable)
• Bank Statement Purchase Record (PDF format):
• Store Name
• Date Of Purchase
• Exact Amount Spent
• Last 4 Digits Of The Debit/Credit Card Used
• Any other information that is relevant to the Purchase.

Disclaimers

1. All of my work is provided 'as is' without guarantee or warranty of any kind.
2. If any of my work is age restricted, relevant information will be provided on the work's dedicated page. If a user isn't supposed to access said work, but they do despite the age warning, I am not responsible for any outcomes of the same.
3. The only safe, legal, and legitimate way of acquiring my work is through my website and other sources linked on the same. Distributing my work anywhere else without my prior and direct permission is strictly prohibited. I am not responsible for any outcomes that come as a result of acquiring my work from illicit sources or distributing it to the same.
4. Using my work for illegal, illicit, or otherwise malicious purposes is strictly prohibited, and I am not responsible for any outcomes that come as a result of the same. If one's illegal, illicit, or otherwise malicious use of my work results in damages, monetary or otherwise, for me, I am entitled to remedies that would cover said damages.
5. Since I do not directly store any user data on my own servers, devices, or physical records, I am not responsible for any data losses that may occur. In such cases, I highly advise contacting the platform that is responsible for the losses. Likewise, if a user wishes to manage their data (such as deleting their PayHip account), they will need to contact the specific platform, as I have no control over the stored data; I only use it to provide my work to my users.
6. I aim to resolve all disputes privately and amicably; however, if any disputes do escalate, they will be governed by Croatian laws and statutes, and we (referring to all relevant parties) agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Croatian courts. If I am found liable to cover any costs or damages, I am only required to cover the exact amount that I am personally responsible for and not the full costs or damages.
7. I may occasionally update this legal document, so I advise regularly referring to the "Last updated on:" label up top.
