§ I: Privacy & Data
My website, my projects, my products, my services, and my other work (hereafter, "my content") and I DO NOT collect any data that isn't strictly and personally provided by the user. My content and I DO NOT utilize any kind of data collection, tracking, cookies, or other similar technologies. This may not apply to third-party services I occasionally link to or use to host, sell, or otherwise distribute my content, such as YouTube and PayHip; thus, I highly advise overviewing their respective policies to learn how they handle user data. As such, I am not responsible for what the third-party platforms do with user data. Furthermore, I cannot be held responsible for any losses that may occur as a result of how third parties manage user data.
All user data that is kept with me is stored in physical form, with access to said data restricted to a 'need to know' basis. However, said data may pass through digital servers before going into my possession, primarily through whatever services were used to share this data, such as PayHip or Gmail; I am not responsible for whatever happens during that process. My reason behind collecting user data is primarily to provide customer service, such as support tickets or the processing of transactions, with zero interest or intent to abuse this data while it is within my possession. Additionally, said user data is only kept for as long as it is required, which may be until the support ticket is closed or indefinitely in cases where the user data is required for transaction records and similar. Either way, after the data's purpose has expired, all data associated with the user will be promptly deleted, and any objects on which said data has been engraved shall also promptly be destroyed. For as long as the user data is in my possession, the user associated with said data has full control and the right to view, add, modify, rectify, remove, erase, restrict or object to the processing of, and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory GDPR-compliant authority regarding the use of any or all of said data from my records. Upon receiving the deletion request, it may take up to 72 hours to wipe everything, after which I will send one final email to the user confirming this deletion. After that email, even that email address will be immediately and completely wiped from my records. This includes any purchases made, meaning, after that point, if the user ever wishes to access any of my paid content again, they will need to repurchase it again.
I will NEVER sell or share any user data with any third party, regardless of reason or motive, unless strictly required by law. Moreover, everything noted above, such as the use of user data or the user's rights, can only be overwritten by law. In the case of a data breach, where the user's data has been somehow compromised, I will inform all relevant parties (referring to all affected users and relevant legal institutions) as soon as the breach is discovered, after which point I will work with all relevant parties to resolve the issue and minimize damage to the best of our capabilities. Once the immediate threat is resolved, I will begin work on preventing future data breaches from happening as a result of whatever allowed the previous data breach to happen.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund if:
It is your sole responsibility to do adequate research before making the purchase. Despite this, I tend to be relatively lenient when it comes to the specific reasons behind the refund request, unless said reason is extremely vacuous or otherwise thickheaded. As for why the means of proving ownership are not disclosed here, that is to prevent fraud and abuse of my refund system.
If your refund request is related to a service, you are eligible for a full refund if:
If the order is 50% finished or more, you are entitled to a partial 50% refund. If the order is finished and/or delivered, your refund eligibility becomes void. When working on your order, I will send daily updates so you know where your order is at and whether your refund request remains valid. You can opt out from these updates at any time.
