Starting Prices

If the price of the article features the "Starting at" phrase, that means the price of that article will not go below what is listed but may, and probably will, increase. For example:

• All you want is a simple landing page with some text, links, and images... The price of such a job will not increase much, if anything, from the starting price.
• You want several pages, complex styling, the pages themselves have a lot of content, &c., which will probably increase the starting price significantly.

The above-listed examples are obviously not the only circumstances where the price may be increased, but they should give you a general idea of how the system works.
