Depending on context, the "Status" might mean two things:
Available: My queue is empty; I'll start working on your order as soon as we lock it in! :D
Busy: I have a few orders in the queue, so it might take a bit before I reach out to you... :/
Unavailable: I'm not taking service orders at this time.
Available: My ticket queue is empty; I'll usually respond to your ticket within 24 hours.
Busy: I have a few tickets to address before I get to yours; no defined response period.
Unavailable: I don't address tickets. If you create one, the response will be severely delayed.
