This legal document (hereafter, "this page") covers how I handle monetary transactions.
All monetary transactions are made via PayHip; I highly advise consulting their legal documents to learn how they manage these transactions and how they handle your data.
If you purchased a downloadable product from my store, after you see the "Thank You!" page, you will receive a download link via email. If you haven't received said email, check your Spam; otherwise, contact me. Additionally, you are limited to three (3) downloads. This measure is in place to prevent abuse; to reset the count, also contact me. And in case you pre-ordered the product, DO NOT download the placeholder image; rather, wait for the product to be fully released.
If your purchase is related to a service, then I will contact you personally with further details.
To request a refund, contact me with as much order-related information as possible to make verification of ownership easier. Before sending your request, make sure of the following:
Example of a good reason: "The product I purchased is not as advertised!"
Example of a bad reason: "The product I purchased is not what I expected!"
