This legal document (hereafter, "this page") covers how I collect, use, manage, and share customer (hereafter, "you" and "your") data on my projects and products (hereafter, "my content").
My content does not automatically collect any user data, nor does it use cookies or any other similar technology. The only exception to this is my store! The only collected data is the one provided directly by you. All stored information is securely kept in physical form, whose access is exclusively limited to you and me. Though this approach is more secure than the standard cloud approach, I cannot guarantee 100% security. The purpose of storing this data is for documentation, future reference, and customer service purposes, meaning that said data will be destroyed as soon as it serves its final purpose. Moreover, you have full control to view, modify, add, and delete all of your data stored with me. Upon submitting the deletion request, I will initiate the process of destroying any data associated with you, which usually takes up to 24 hours; once done, I will inform you by email one last time, after which even your email will be wiped from my records.

My content may occasionally use, link to, or embed third-party services, such as Google Mail as my mail client and PayHip to host my store. I highly advise consulting their legal documents, as they may handle your data differently compared to how I handle it.
I will never share your data with any third parties unless I am legally required to do so by law. If a data breach happens, I will inform you and the law enforcement (if applicable) (hereafter, "relevant parties") of said breach as soon as I discover it, after which I will work with all relevant parties to resolve the issue as quickly, safely, and amicably as possible.
